Base 1:
Overview
The first base we have is a top-quality Town Hall 12 war base. This layout focuses on defending against a 3-star. We have placed the Town Hall at the bottom corner with an Air Defense and a few Air Bombs closer to it. We have an Air Sweeper facing the Town Hall so we can defend against aerial rush on the Town Hall.
Eagle Artillery is on the left corner of the base. We have another Air Defense with Eagle Artillery. X-Bow is in the same box formation as Eagle Artillery. In the core, we have Seeking Air Mines and an Inferno Tower. There is another Inferno Tower on the top side of the base while the third one is on the right side of the base.
Heroes are on the right side of the base. We have put all of our heroes together and a few Hidden Teslas closer to them to give them some cover.

Base 2:
Overview
The second layout is a hybrid base that can be used in both war and home village. We have Town Hall on the top side of the base with Air Defense, X-Bow, and Archer Queen just around it. In the core, we have an Inferno Tower with a lot of Air Bombs.
Air Sweeper is also at the center facing the Town Hall. On the left side of the Air Sweeper, we have another box formation that contains Barbarian King. On the right corner of the base, we have Air Defense and X-Bow inside the box.
We have Clan Castle and Inferno Tower in the same box formation on the lower side. You can use this base for farming by moving Dark Elixir Storage to the center with Bomb Tower.

Base 3:
Overview
The third layout is a war base that has a good placement of Eagle Artillery and Town Hall. We have Town Hall on the left side of the base with an X-Bow and an Air Defense around it. We have placed two Air Mines in the same box formation. Grand Warden is just around them to provide a good extra damage value.
Clan Castle is closer to the core of the base. In the core, we have an X-Bow and an Air Sweeper that is facing the Town Hall. We have another Air Sweeper that is facing the top side of the base. We have placed three Air Bombs inside the core of the base.
Eagle Artillery is on the right side of the base and has a lot of cover defenses around it. Barbarian King and Archer Queen are closer to Eagle Artillery. We have an X-Bow in the same box formation as Eagle Artillery. Inferno Towers are well-placed around different parts of the layout.

Overview
We have another good war layout here for your Town Hall 12 base. We have placed Town Hall at the bottom side of the base with all of the heroes around it. We have a couple of Skeleton Traps around the Town Hall. We have a Hidden Tesla and Air Bomb in front of the Town Hall.
In the core, we have Clan Castle, Air Defense, and an Air Sweeper that is facing the top corner of the base. We have placed all of the X-Bows closer to the core of the base. Eagle Artillery is closer to the top side of the base.
Inferno Towers are on the left and right corners of the base with Air Defenses a few tiles away from them.

Overview
We have another top-quality base layout here for Town Hall 12. We have Town Hall on the right side of the base with Archer Queen and Barbarian King providing it a cover. We have placed a couple of Seeking Air Mines in front of the Town Hall and an Inferno Tower on its back accompanied by Air Bombs. In the same box formation, we have two X-Bows set to air target mode.
In the core, we have Clan Castle and two Air Sweepers facing each other. On the left side of Clan Castle, we have Eagle Artillery which is covered by a couple of traps. Grand Warden is in the same box as Eagle Artillery and we also have two X-Bows in there.

The base features a strategic layout that places the Town Hall on the right side, while the Eagle Artillery is located on the left side. By keeping these two important buildings separated, attackers will be unable to destroy them both simultaneously, providing your base with an added layer of protection.
To further improve the defenses of this base design, we have positioned the Clan Castle at the core of the base.
