Cave Hunting in SOULS by Habby is a special week-long event. In this event, you explore the Cave of Abyss to hunt various bosses and gather Crystal Shards. Afterward, you can trade these Crystal Shards for rare items at the Cave Hunting exchange shop.
How do you prepare for this event?
To get ready for the Cave Hunting event, begin by saving Torches. Torches are essential for exploring the Cave of Abyss. You receive one torch every hour, which adds up to about 24 torches per day. Additionally, you can buy torches using gems.
Make sure to buy enough torches to obtain at least two Solinas from the event shop. Two Solinas cost 48,000 Crystal Shards, so plan your torches accordingly.
Right items to buy with Crystal Shards
It’s important to spend your Crystal Shards wisely in the Cave Hunting shop. Here’s a priority list to guide your purchases:
- Heroes: The top priority is buying heroes from the shop. There are two available, and it’s best to use your Crystal Shards on them.
- Summon Stones & Race Summon Stones: Next, consider purchasing Summon Stones and Race Summon Stones to acquire powerful new heroes.
- Soul Stones Chests: Another excellent option is to invest in Soul Stones Chests during this event.
- Hero Fragments: If you’re aiming to build a specific hero, Hero Fragments can be a worthwhile investment.
Avoid buying these items from the Cave Hunting Shop:
- Legendary Equipment Choice Chest
- Legendary Rune Chest
While these items may seem appealing, they require a large amount of Crystal Shards. However, you can obtain them for free later in the game as you progress. Legendary Equipment can be found in the Cave of Abyss as you advance, while Runes become available after progressing in the Secret Sanctum.
