Alliance Resources are an important part of the Whiteout Survival’s Alliance system. Resources are necessary for activities like putting up alliance banners, constructing alliance buildings, and advancing alliance technology.
Alliance members can’t directly share resources with their Alliance. Instead, Alliances need to collect resources from resource farms found on the map. The main way members can support their Alliance with resources is by contributing to Alliance Research.
How to Get Alliance Resources?
Alliances gather resources by claiming Alliance Farms. To claim a farm, an Alliance needs to construct their banner close to it.
If another Alliance’s banner is already near the targeted farm, the competing Alliance must remove that banner before setting up their own to gain control over the farm.
Alliance Farms are 2×2 tile areas, and an Alliance aiming to control a farm must have control over 75% of that area.
There are four types of Alliance Resources: Meat, Wood, Coal, and Iron. Here is how you can obtain different types of Alliance Resources:
- You can obtain Alliance Wood by controlling Alliance Woodmill.
- You can obtain Alliance Meat by controlling Alliance Animal Farm.
- You can obtain Alliance Coal by controlling Alliance Coal Mine.
- You can obtain Alliance Iron by controlling Alliance Iron Mine.
How to Find Alliance Farms?
Locating Alliance Farms is simple. Start by tapping on the “World” tab located at the bottom right of your screen. Once there, slightly zoom out to achieve a view similar to the image shown above.
You will notice numerous icons representing resources and creatures. The icons marked with blue banners are the Alliance Farms. This helps you identify Alliance Farms whether they are situated within your own territory or in enemy territory.
How to Build Banners?
Members with R4 and R5 roles within an Alliance can set up Alliance Banners. When an Alliance leader (R4/R5) positions a banner, other Alliance Members should go to that location and construct the banner. An Alliance can build a maximum of 285 banners with max Alliance tech.
Constructing these banners requires Alliance Resources. If you decide to remove a banner, you’ll only receive a portion (10%) of the initial resources back.
To establish a larger quantity of banners, the Alliance must conduct research on the “Tactical Expansion” technology in the Territory section of the Alliance research.
Banners that aren’t linked to the Headquarters (for instance, when you relocate the HQ) will expire over time, resulting in the Alliance regaining 10% of the resources.
There are no iron mine for alliance only abandon shelter to get iron for your city. So how can i get iron for my alliance?
Try looking a little further on the world map and you may find Alliance Iron Mine. As you can see in the pictures below, we have Alliance Iron Mine captured for our Alliance.

Queen Emily needs to wait until the fog has lifted to be able to claim alliance iron. It isn’t unlocked in the beginning.
What is to be gained by destroying an opposing alliances banner?
By destroying another alliance banner you can build a banner in that area potentially gaining control over an alliance farm ect.
Their territory. If your alliance wants their territory, their banner must be destroyed before you can build your own.
I am completely out of alliance iron. I can’t build anything to get to alliance iron mines for more iron. Resource exchange doesn’t open for 18 more days on my state. What do I do? Please help.
How can I check in how many days is resource exchange available?
Resource Exchange feature becomes available once your server reaches an age of 45 days. To check server age, go to Monument and look for the “Beast Hunting”. Now subtract 6 days from the date shown on that event. The final date would be the creation date of your server. Look at the example shown in the image below:

Why is the stock limited at 300 ? How to increase the stock ?
Is there a chart anywhere which shows the cost in resources for the various Tech research? There’s nothing in the individual tech item that I can find which says what it will cost to research it until you do. This is where a lot of our iron went – we didn’t realize that Battle Tech required iron. Now we can use the Resource Exchange to get some each day, but it’s a slow process to build up enough for our Tundra HQ so we can capture some iron resource tiles.
Hey, how to get alliance resources (e.g. meat) if I have no alliance animal farm?
If i dismantle one of the banners, will it give back the resources used to build it?

You can use Resource Exchange if your state is 45 days old.
If you dismantle a banner, you will only get 10% of the build cost back.
My alliance resource is capped at 225k. I’ve placed all banners but how do you get more? I can’t research as not enough resource and state isn’t 45 days old. How do you increase alliance storehouse capacity?
I have the exact same problem. Can’t find anything online that shows how to increase resource storage capacity in your alliance.
Only way to increase Alliance Storehouse capacity is by doing the Storehouse Research in Alliance Tech.
