Poison Lizard: Upgrade Cost and Upgrade Time

Clash of Clans: Poison Lizard Upgrade Cost and Upgrade Time

Well, well, well, look who’s slithering into town! Poison Lizard is one heck of a pet, and let me tell you, it’s not for the faint of heart. If you’re brave enough to reach Town Hall 15 and upgrade your Pet House to level 7, this bad boy (or girl?) will be all yours. But beware, because with Poison Lizard on your team, your enemies will be shaking in their boots! This fearsome creature looks like it’s been chewing on some serious venom, and its menacing presence is sure to strike fear into the hearts of even the bravest foes.

The Posion Lizard can spit toxins on its target, creating a similar effect to the Poison Spell. And let me tell you, it’s not pretty. Once Poison Lizard gets its spit on a target, it will start losing hitpoints faster than a kid loses candy on Halloween. But that’s not all, because Poison Lizard’s venom also decreases the target’s attack rate and movement speed. So not only will your enemy be taking damage, but they’ll be moving slower than a snail on a Sunday stroll. Trust me, you do not want to mess with Poison Lizard!

Poison Lizard’s Statistics

Let’s get down to the nitty-gritty and talk stats! Poison Lizard is all about causing chaos, especially when it comes to targeting enemy heroes and Clan Castle troops. With a range of 6.5 tiles in the radius of its owner, this creature will be sure to keep your enemies on their toes. And if there aren’t any heroes or enemy Clan Castle troops within this radius, don’t worry because Poison Lizard will still be doing its thing by attacking the building that its hero is attacking.

Poison Lizard is one speedy devil with a movement speed of 36. So don’t blink, or you’ll miss it. And as if that wasn’t enough, Poison Lizard can target both air and ground units, which means even if your enemy is soaring through the skies, this pet will still be able to take them down a peg.

Poison Lizard’s stats are impressive when it’s at the tippy-top of its game. At max level, this pet has a max damage per second of 120. But, as with most things in life, there’s a downside. Poison Lizard doesn’t have a whole lot of hitpoints, with only 1700 at the max level. So, if you want to keep this critter alive and kicking, you’ll need to keep it away from defenses whenever possible.

But don’t let that discourage you, because Poison Lizard has one more trick up its sleeve. At max level, it can decrease the speed of its target by 38 percent and its attack rate by 50 percent. So not only will your enemies be taking damage, but they’ll be moving a lot slower. All in all, Poison Lizard may not be the toughest pet in the game, but with its deadly venom and speed, it’s definitely one to watch out for.

Which Hero to Pair Poison Lizard with

Let’s talk about some possible partnerships for our little Poison Lizard, shall we? This pet can be used with any hero. For example, if you’re planning on doing a Queen Charge attack with your Archer Queen, Poison Lizard can lend a hand by attacking any enemy heroes that try to knock out your queen. But, let’s not forget that Poison Lizard has some weaknesses as well. It has a smaller range than the Archer Queen, which means it’s vulnerable to enemy defenses. So keep that in mind before sending it into battle.

Now, if you want to really get the most bang for your buck, pairing Poison Lizard with the Barbarian King is the way to go. The Barbarian King has a smaller attack range than Poison Lizard. This will make Barbarian King take most of the damage. However, it’s important to keep in mind that Poison Lizard is a lot faster than Barbarian King so in case your target is at a distance, Poison Lizard will lead the way because of its speed and will quickly get knocked out by the incoming damage.

Despite its unique Poison Spell-like ability, Poison Lizard isn’t widely used in the game due to its low hitpoints and vulnerability. So, if you’re not feeling confident with this pet, you can always switch to the other better pets. You already have a lot of options at Town Hall 15. You can achieve better results than a Poison Lizard by using a Headhunter in your army combination.
