When your Builder Hall completes its upgrade to level 6, you will gain immediate access to OTTO, who acts as the second builder. OTTO’s addition will significantly speed up your upgrade process as you will now have two builders at your disposal.
Simply having two builders is not enough.

New Buildings
Constructing new buildings early on at Builder Hall 6 is important since they bring significant value to both the offense and defense of your base. Two key buildings that you receive at BH6 are the Reinforcement Camp and Healing Hut.
The Reinforcement Camp plays a major role in multi-stage attacks by providing reinforcements during the second phase of an attack. You don’t need to build Reinforcement Camp as it will already be there in OTTO’s Outpost.
Meanwhile, the Healing Hut aids in healing surviving troops from the first stage of the attack, ensuring they are restored to a certain level of health. The Healing Hut can be built for 1,500,000 Builder Elixirs.
Additionally, building extra defense buildings such as the Roaster and Crusher will greatly improve the overall defensive strength of your base.

Upon unlocking OTTO’s Outpost at Builder Hall 6, you will find that some of the new buildings are already present and do not require construction.
However, there are still key buildings, such as the Army Camp, Roaster, Crusher, and Walls, that need to be built separately.
While OTTO’s Outpost provides a head start with pre-existing buildings, it’s important to focus on constructing those additional buildings available in the shop.
Fortunately, with the addition of OTTO as a second builder, working on these upgrades becomes much easier. A recommended approach is to allocate one builder specifically for these upgrades.
It is advised to keep the Roaster and Healing Hut at level 1 for the time being and focus on upgrading the other buildings to match the level of your older buildings.
Star Laboratory
Prioritizing the upgrade of the Star Laboratory is important at Builder Hall 6 as it grants access to improved troop levels. With the introduction of the second phase of the Builder Base, it is essential to have stronger troops in order to achieve desired results with your attacks.
