During her time at Town Hall 9, the Archer Queen could be upgraded up to level 30, which means that she gains ten new levels at TH10, pushing her all the way up to level 40.
Throughout these ten upgrades, her Royal Cloak ability experiences two improvements, one at level 35 and another at level 40. These ten new levels bring improvements to both her damage per second and hitpoints.
At her maximum level during Town Hall 9, the Archer Queen has a hitpoint total of 1324, which increases to 1630 at the maximum level of TH10. Similarly, her damage per second at TH9’s maximum level reaches 327, while at level 40, her damage per second rises to 419.
